What we collect and why

When you request a booking we collect your name, phone number, email address and the booking details themselves (date, time, party size, zone and notes).

We use them only to manage your booking, confirm it and tell you about any change, by WhatsApp or email.

Legal basis

Processing is based on performing the booking you request (Article 6.1.b GDPR) and on your consent for the related messages (Article 6.1.a).

How long we keep them

We keep booking data for as long as needed to serve it and afterwards for the applicable statutory limitation periods. After that, it is deleted.

Who we share them with

We do not sell or transfer your data. Only the providers needed to deliver the service can access it: our website hosting and Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd. (WhatsApp), to whom we disclose your name, your phone number and the booking details that appear in the message (date, time, party size, zone and reference) so we can send you the confirmation and the notices. That disclosure is part of handling the booking and is therefore not optional: if you would rather it did not happen, book by phone. These providers act as data processors.

Your rights

You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and object to processing by writing to [CONTACT EMAIL]. You may also withdraw consent at any time and lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).

Minors

This site is not aimed at children under 14 and we do not knowingly collect their data.
